Greenspace Artist Village: A Home for Creatives Who Crave Slow Living and Real Connection

The Digital Nomad Dream—But Grounded in Something Deeper

For digital nomads and creatives, finding a place that blends strong Wi-Fi with a sense of belonging can feel like searching for a unicorn. But what if that place existed — not in a high-rise or co-working chain — but in an artist village by the sea? Welcome to Greenspace Artist Village: a slow-living sanctuary built by a community of artists, travelers, nature-lovers, and collaborators. Here, the days are long, the dogs are welcome, and the people are imaginative.

What Makes Greenspace Different? 1. Connection Over Concrete We don’t do videoke nights or rooftop pools. Instead, our open spaces invite shared meals, deep conversations, and spontaneous collaborations. We offer native huts, big skies. It's raw, flexible and custom built for your needs.— and that's the point.

2. Work-Ready (But Laid Back) Need reliable Wi-Fi? We’ve got it. Settle in under our camachile tree, log into your Zoom call, and still have time to walk barefoot at the beach during sunsets. Greenspace is built for creatives and remote workers who integrate balance — the kind that comes with a view and a purpose.

3. Homecooked Meals & Open-Hearted Living At Greenspace, we cook and eat like a family. Expect nourishing, homecooked meals, often shared at long communal tables. Our guests often become co-hosts, contributing recipes, stories, or even workshops. This isn’t just where you eat — it’s where friendships form.

4. Big Space, Bigger Vision We have space — for stillness, for collaboration, for building something new. Our open areas are perfect for hosting workshops, art jams, community gathering, or simply sprawling out with your laptop and your thoughts. Guests are encouraged to co-create community programs — from creative mentorship for local youth, to environmental beach safety projects, to skill shares and movement sessions. Your ideas are welcome here. 5. Bring Your Dog. Stay Awhile. Greenspace is dog-friendly, because we know your furry companion is part of the journey. You’ll find them lounging in the sun or chasing waves while you sip your morning brew. It’s Not Just a Stay. It’s a Creative Ecosystem. We may look like a resort. But we’re a living village — where every guest adds something to the story. Whether you're looking to work remotely, finish your next creative project, or simply breathe deeper for a while, Greenspace offers the space to do just that — with people who get it. Come for the quiet. Stay for the community. Leave with a little more soul.

excerpts from how to deal with eclipses

***awww i think i just felt the eclipse. :(

Often a lunar eclipse will remove a person or element in your life that you thought you needed, but really don't.

This person or situation may end at eclipse time because you have already learned a great deal from that person or situation, or because the situation is outworn, dysfunctional, or in some way no longer capable of being nurturing and supportive to you. An eclipse will sound the bell to tell you that time has passed and it's now time to move on. Often we wonder why something had to end the way it did, but it is not for us to ask. Everything has its own lifecycle - even jobs and relationships. Focus on the future, not the past. After you have given yourself time to adjust, be eager to find out what comes next.

If someone brings news you don't like and don't want to hear on an eclipse, realize that it will be impossible to change things back to the way they were before. Take the information seriously. View the news as essentially a non-negotiable dictate. Accept what you are told and move on.

For example, if your beloved says, "It's over," accept this news and move on. Of course, it's good to talk, especially if this person means a lot to you. However, don't grovel. Save your dignity by not pleading for the relationship to continue. Eclipses make us acknowledge that something has changed, most likely forever.

At eclipse time, we realize that we can't control everything in life. Accepting the finality of a certain relationship or situation can be very painful, but is a part of the life experience. If you should feel very upset or sad, trust in the kindness and wisdom of those around you. Spend time with those you love and who love you. Eclipses help us to evolve and to become more mature, seasoned, reflective, and philosophical.

Eclipses also have a way of changing perspective. It will be as though a puzzle piece suddenly fell from the sky, right into your hands. Once you add this piece to your puzzle, the whole complexion of the situation will change. Suddenly a mystery will be resolved, and you will say to yourself, "Now I understand!" Now that you have a full picture of the situation, you will know what you need to do next. You are no longer in the dark. That's exactly what an eclipse accomplishes.

Don't be too quick to judge an eclipse as "good" or "bad" because it can take weeks to understand the real meaning of what is going on. An eclipse always has a second act, so be patient - it may take six months or more to hear more information. As you wait, the picture may keep changing. Chances are, if you lose something under an eclipse, the universe has something better it is cooking up for you. Be patient and keep an open mind.

today is a new day

Dear 2010,

Goodmorning. Nagising na ako...

2 weeks. all you got is 2 weeks. after that, im gonna move forward.
For the upcoming 2011, im gonna be a better person. A more loving and expressive person.
I'll be the "what you see is what you get type of person."
No feelings will be left unexpressed.

By being a better person, i will try to do these things:
1. leave a 20 peso bill for waiter's tip.
2. help a vendor by buying items from them, and give them tip.
3. hug 12 persons a day.
4. make 3 persons happy.
5. do 3 simple acts of kindness every day.
6. compliment 3 persons in the morning.
7. Walk going to the office.
8. Cook for the family on weekends. Spend time with them. Make them feel special.
9. Balance work time and family time and time for friends.
10. Engage in a sport activity. Try to Exercise.

For now, 10 na lang muna. Baka hindi ko mapangatawanan. Kawawa naman ako. hehehe

After the performance of Kamikaze, we stayed at the bar area to order some food.

It was catch up time with Kuya 8, Jogs and Ria... since i've been out of the gig circle for quite a while... i miss the pigs!
